So what is this whole keto thing? The Ketogenic Diet has become so popular lately, it seems it's all I hear about. I wanted to check it out and did a little research. What I found is, it's not your mom and dad's Atkins diet! It's so much more. It has healthy fats like avocado, dairy products like cheddar cheese (who can't get onboard with that?), and lots of proteins! Basically, foods that fill you up, so you don't constantly feel like you're starving!
In doing this research, ( if you want to call it that), I found that Ketogenic was founded to help so many different ailments, including diabetes and cancer. This intrigued me so of course, I had to learn more! On this journey, I am hoping to find some healing foods that are easy and yummy. Quick meals that don't break the bank don't feel like diet food! Who's with me?
